Forensics

In the past few months, I participated total of three competition including one that was not KAIAC competition. On November 12-13 and January 13-14, I participated in the KAIAC Extemporaneous Speaking and Parliamentary Debate tournament. My partner and I were able to win 2nd place in Parliamentary Debate tournament. This was a big accomplishment for both of us, as we failed to even go up to the finals for last tournament. Grinding and self-improvements drastically changed our skills and produced this fruitful outcome. We hope to keep improving and do even better in future tournaments.

On November 20, I participated in the KPSC tournament which included three different categories of speeches such as speech, poetry, and debate parliamentary. Out of these three categories, I was placed 2nd place of After Dinner Speech category(speech). It was much effort preparing for it as it was my first attempt, but I took it as a great experience!

All of the tournaments were a special experience to me, as it continued to send me a message that I did love speech and debate! All of the tournaments were completely virtual (yes speaking with my partner through phone) except the November KAIAC tournament that was hybrid(with our partners, but still virtual).
